What scares me is she is obsessed with a movie where a woman tries to steal another woman's identity and at the end tries to kill her to become her. I have had to distance from her, block her. She is very competitive only with me. I've tried so hard to be a good sister to her, but it's getting very weird, and scary. The very strange thing is iam 65 and she is 69. Why would a person have this type of behavior at her age? She behaves more like a young girl, and yes she is very sensitive to criticism, and yes doles it out but can't take it. So exhausting. It will be difficult to cut her out permanently, but feel I need to put some distance between us to send a strong message.

Totally agree with you maam. Describes so well the few narcissists I know. They all have a deep complex problems. They thirst for attention and are very jealous, cold and vengeful people. They go into a rage over trivial matters and never admit their faults. Never apologises either. They throw very hurt insults even curses. It's the way they were brought up since childhood. Nothing can be done to change them. The only way is to keep a distance and avoid arguments with them cos they are always right. Narcissists are mentally unstable people and do not see how they are. One has to spend the whole life pleasing them. It is very tiring to be with a narcissist as a life partner. Thank you maam.

Everything is in the extreme. Extreme love bombing, grandiose, entitlement, criticism, gaslighting, stonewalling, temper tantrums, neediness, victimhood, lack of empathy, lack of sincerity, strategy to gain control. False fakeness that will destroy you.

My husband had an affair with a co-worker for nearly two years the last nine months of which I was pregnant with our second child. I found out about the other woman the week before my due date, I felt so terrible and moved back to my mother's home for 2 month with the kids after birth, he kept on apologizing to every member of my family and they all begged me to forgive him, I moved back to our home and I still had that feeling something was off, I felt deep down that I have been manipulated, gaslighted, and threatened on a daily basis. Some of the threats were he was going to kill himself if I didn't do what was asked, he would punch pillow or sofa, stand up against me and yell at my face, stand behind the car and not let me leave, sometimes we would be driving and he would threaten to swerve and hit any truck, hold my shake me, push me aside to a wall, and much more, my in-law were also very verbally abusive towards me. Wasn't allowed to visit my family or friends. If I did or wanted to I had to be ready for an argument, everyday I was reminded that I am not nothing and that was not worth fighting for and that don't meet the standard of being married to their son. Recently, I found out he was cheating on me an had a girl friend after seeing the text and pictures, I became numb. I have been a good wife. I listened to every insult and fight. I never gave up what I knew, thanks to this hacker who help me extract enough information from his device. Someone on here share a link to the hacker who helped me clone his phone without physically touching it. All I did was send his phone number to him through a remote link sent to my email,I was able to access all of his text, email, Facebook and Instagram chat real-time call listening and his long deleted messages as if the phone was physically with me. Perhaps, you are in a similar situation and you need help you can get in touch with him on What's app:+1(352)255-6426 @Lawrence Hernandez

Everything you said was exactly what I dealt with when I was married to this man that was a narcissist, but all counselors had no training and no understanding of this, and so there was always someway that he could twist it around and say that I was making everything up when he was the one that made everything up. It was crazy. It was a horrible time that was during 80s and 90s and the early to mid 2000s that I dealt with all that and the counselors didn’t know how to deal with it now it’s so wonderful that you are addressing these issues and making the people who deal with the narcissist understand more what they’re dealing with it’s kind of sad, but it is what it is and I’m glad you’re trying to help us figure out how to deal with what it is! 😊Thank you!

I appreciate these videos and her perspective. Especially the analogy she had in another video about the rubber band. I exhibited a lot of these traits in my 20s and took a long time to realize what a problem I was. I still struggle with it (fighting urges). Mercifully I made it out of that phase of my life still with friends and family in my life.
