▷Genoise
- 70g Cake Flour
- 15g Corn Starch
- 3 Eggs
- 80g sugar
- 25g Warm Milk (40~45℃)
- 2g Vanilla Extract
- 25g Melted Unsalted Butter (50~55℃)
▷Sweet Pumpkin Mousse
- 500g Steamed Sweet Pumpkin
- 60g Whipping Cream
- 40g Honey
▷Cream
- 50g Mascarpone Cheese
- 200g Whipping Cream
- 20g Sugar
▷Sugar Syrup
- 15g Sugar
- 30g Warm Water

- The bottle cake container used was top: 105mm x 105mm, bottom: 75mm x 75mm x 70mm.
