Thank you for this video! I wasn't getting any results with using the fine point blade or choosing "transparency" as some recommend. This worked perfectly.

I’m mostly interested in making the more “obscure” for mixed media art journaling

I just pulled Cricut out of box specifically to make stencils. I’m looking for step by step process from the beginning. Do you have a more detailed video!

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I don't have another video, but can you tell me if you're looking for something specific that I can help answer.

You said you used the Deep Cut Blade instead of the Fine Point Blade (I'm assuming that is the blade that the Cricut comes with). Could I just use the Fine Point Blade (I don't have the deep one, I just got my Cricut for Xmas...).

Hi. I used the deep cut blade that I purchased separately. It made cutting the material easier. However, if you use the fine point and it doesn't cut all the way through then try running over it again. Let me know if that works.

Can I make a wall stencil with this plastic sheets? Is it like the ones you buy already made like michael's?

Yes they are just like that. You will be limited by the size of the sheet and cutting machine width. Hope this helps.

Why did you set it to vellum instead of stencil sheet

For my machine, this was the best setting for cutting through the material.

You should be able to use the Air 2. If you tried it, let us know how it worked out.
