I used Fiebing's pro leather dye, black, yellow and red. The white is Angelus white and the eyes and nose are Angelus black paint. Then I added antique past to get a black traced look. :) Hope this helps.

@@baronleathercraft yes thank you . I've never seen that technique.do you use a sponge or paper towel and man you do good work. I love doing leather work but you killed it. I normally use an air brush and tried to do a sunburst effect with a paper towel but it didn't do it.

@@michaelbartley9572 Thank you for the kind words! I mostly use a cut up tee-shirt for the main colors but I did use a cut up sponge for the red to give it a different texture. Make sure the shirt/sponge is not to wet by wiping it on news paper first. Just keep practicing! Truly my art skills are limited but it was my joy and desire to get better that kept me practicing. With practice comes improvement. It will all come together. Enjoy!

Thank you! Right now I just have the cardboard cutout that I made. I need to format what I have into a template. As far as the main body of the bag, it is a 12 by 23 piece of 8 oz leather.

Thank you for asking. 1. Main body straps - 26 inches long 1 inch wide. fold 2.5 inches for buckle. - 1inch slot punch. 2. Fork Straps - 14 inches long 1 inch wide. Then Fold 2 inches for buckle. Hope that helped.

Those looks great. I would really liked to know where to get the background stamp you used in this. I really like the look of the background stamped area, and I'd really like to know where to get it. It has a really neat effect. Good video 👍

Thank you very much! In this project I am using 8 oz leather which is 3.18 mm. The Body of the bag is 12.5 inches wide and 23 inches long. I hope this helps. Thanks again!
