Learning to make fresh pasta is such a yummy skill to have. Add your favourite sauce to your pasta and you will have a meal that would be fancier than many restaurant meals. I haven’t experimented with many shapes of pasta from homemade dough but I have made spaghetti, bow ties and lasagna sheets. What’s your favourite noodle? Thanks for watching and take care, Annette 🌺

Thanks Lisa! Honestly, our Feb challenge gets us excited to do the little things again, like make pasta. I really do prefer it over store bought pasta but it seems we stop making it throughout the year. I guess we don’t usually eat much food like that over the summer, that’s probably the change to salad noodles like macaroni etc! Take care lovely, 🌺🥰
