By the way I think we met at meetings of the New York Shipcrafters Guild run by Dan Pariser many years ago and perhaps also at the ship modeling show held at Teterboro airport in NJ; I enjoyed meeting many shipmodelers in Teterboro, not the least of which was Jim Roberts, who was so nice to answer my many questions. I miss having face to face sessions to discuss shipmodeling and our current projects with more experienced and skillful ship modelers. I'm now on Long Island New York and would love the chance to meet other modelers if the meet in my general area. Thank you once again!

Hello, Chuck! I was looking on the page you listed for the source of Gutterman threads...they look great, but I'm trying to decide on the best colors for line to create tarred line and thread to create hemp line. I know the color charts online can be deceptive but thought color 3927 would be good to make tarred line whereas 118 would look good for weathered hemp. What colors do you prefer for tarred line and natural but weathered hemp that is available from Gutterman, if you would be so kind as to tell me. Thank you so very much for your excellent videos, I only wish you could make more as I find your videos are very instructive and informative!
