Mango Bango | Mango Sago Recipe🥭🥭
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried sago (sabudana)
2 mango cut into cubes (approximately 1 large mango, or 2 medium)
1 cup ice apple (talsas)
100ml condensed milk
500ml milk
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:
▪︎ Prepare sago: in a small saucepan, bring water to a rolling boil. Add dried sago pearls. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat, cover and leave to sit for 15 minutes.
▪︎ Once cooked through, strain and set aside to cool.
▪︎ In a bowl, combine diced mangoes, cooked sago, ice apple, milk , vanilla ice cream and milk. Stir well.
▪︎ Cover and place in the fridge for 4-5 hours to chill. Serve cold.
