My 25-year-old nephew had committed suicide- My sister found him hanging in his closet- Depression is real and black people doesn't seek help, they just pray for healing.

Because people already know this that’s why And people making hella videos about it is just taking up room on the internet. People know that black men suffer from mental health issues . I knew a middle aged white man who was republican and trump supporter He even admitted that he feels some black may suffer from mental health issues. So bro the lack of responses is because people already know this stuff about us which is not good but it is what is we gotta do better 💯💯

We as black men have to find healthy ways to express ourselves and what we are going through. Our pride and ego, not to mention the stigma placed on therapy gets in our way too often. Brothers let's begin to help ourselves and each other for the better. No judgments.

@@iamyournytemare4253even some therapists don’t care. Currently I’m finding that maybe online mental health specialists may be a good form of therapy but hard as it requires self determination or independent work.

Many black men sort out their mental issues on social media or in consciousness communities. Some, who have been abused by their parents, are even calling themselves the Manosphere and are giving relationship advice to women who are equally traumatized.
