Quick update on my marathon training this week:
Starting with my track session.
Next up was my recovery run, which was much needed after the intense track session. It was at a slower pace, allowing my body to recover and rejuvenate.
Unfortunately, Thursday's run was a short one due to the weather being absolutely dreadful in the morning. Sometimes, we have to adapt our training plans to the circumstances.
Overall, it has been a relatively easy week for me.
