The best and most dramatic track on that CD, and possibly my favorite song he ever sang, that and The Last day on earth, The reflecting God, and Sweet Dreams, anyway, This is an excellent performance! Manson's perfect vocals on this track. Thanks for posting this, I don't think they played this track very much during that tour, Great Song! When was this recoded? do you have the whole concert? if so, please post it.

***** I made the comment 3 months ago, and I stand by my opinion that this was one of the best songs they ever wrote, and this live version shows just how great his live vocals used to be, it's sad that he cant sustain a change in pitch very long now a days (live), but he's still the greatest performer of experimental Hard Rock/industrial Rock In my opinion.

I never tire of watching this video because this song is just amazing . So emotional and deepness. This day was just the best version of this song. I heard in Hiroshima concert this version of In the shadow of the valley of death" but no as emotional and deep than this video. The notes of the keyboard is just perfect on this video, in Hiroshima the version was a little bit different. For me Sweet dreams Live 1997 and this song on this video: this is MANSON !!!!

Thank you for this video, thank you from Russia;)
