Ingredients:
Cuttlefish
Green onions
Ginger slices
Garlic cloves
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Crystal sugar
Shaoxing wine
Step 1
Clean cuttlefish; discard bones and guts and membrane.
Step 2
Fry ginger, garlic and green onions on low heat.
Step 3
Add cuttlefish to wok, splash wine from the side, add crystal sugar, then light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fry until colored, cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Turn cuttlefish over, cover and cook on low heat for another 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Step 5
Cook cuttlefish till tender, cool before you slice them and serve. Add more sauce on top if necessary.
