Martial Arts as a whole is beyond the scope of just fighting. In fact, it can be considered one of the first holistic personal development practices.
There are many things the practice of martial arts can teach us and I share some thoughts about some broad categories they can be clubbed under. This is a general overview so of course there is a lot of room for discussion and debate, which I welcome.
