Josh do you have any recipes for sweet indian coconut curry? Im not sure the name (maybe sweet cashmiri)?

Hi, the only one I have at present that's sweet and coconutty (is that a word) is my Korma (thecurrykid.co.uk/?s=korma). They are very mild, creamy and sweet. Have you had the one you are after in a restaurant or takeaway, if so I'll take a look to see what I can create

LOL, yup you're right but I also work part time in McDonalds to pay for my driving lessons so fries is all I hear all the time :)
