bunch of kale cleaned and drained and torn into pieces.
one cup black olives cut in half
one cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
Juice of one lemon
one ripe avocado
violife feta cheese
spring mix as much or as little as you would like.
cut avocado and scoop flesh into salad and massage with your hands until kale is soft add juice of lemon and massage again. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss until everything is well coasted with the lemon and avocado. Seasons with salt and pepper to taste.
