What do you do when you get a MASSIVE 6lb live lobster??? You make it into the famous Fried Chinese Lobster Mountain of course! The problem is… we’ve never made it before. 😱We’ve had the giant Chinese-style lobster mountain at restaurants quite a few times. You have a choice of ginger scallion, Maggi sauce, salty egg yolk, or “Typhoon Shelter” style. And the latter is what we usually get. It’s deep-fried with a ton of garlic, shallots, and crunchy fishies. We are going to try to recreate at home. Wish us luck!
