Hi, another fantastic video. I'm not very familiar with off shore fishing so I have a question, what is the advantage of such a long leader? By the way, you guys should make a cookbook
@trabyelxab8199
Жыл бұрын
@@michaelbailey4442 I'm sure Brook will answer better than me, but I felt compelled to answer lol . Mutton's have extremely excellent eyesight, longer leader helps hide the sinker/weight, swivel etc etc. Hope this info helps ya a little.

Great video! I especially enjoyed how dad and the family took pointers and went back out and got it done. I'm your dad's age, and some times it can be hard for a dad to take pointers from their kid (we think we already know everything), but he did and it worked out, good job dad.

I'd love to see some braised fish recipes! Not sure about other cultures but growing up one of my favorite ways to have fish was korean style soy sauce braised fish with rice. Perhaps a fish with bigger easier to pick out bones like sting ray would be better for you guys since ur unfamiliar with picking out bones as u eat. The veggies include korean radish, onion, green onion but u can also add potato if u like and the aromatics include garlic and ginger & some cooking alcohol like mirin to combat the fishiness. It'd also be cool to see other fish/seafood soup recipes!

Nice to watch fishing from my hometown that I have not been back to in years, I was a Pompano Pier rat like you Victor. I remember standing at a hole at the beach where the construction was first started for the Pier in 63 watching Runners hammering Glass minnows. I also was a charter boat mate out of Hillsborough but quit that when was about 19 and started longlining Swordfish. So getting near the full moon try on the broken bottom patches in about 135 feet of water between the Boca Hotel and the beach pavilion to the north. I set about 200 hundred hooks on 150-200 lb test mono with 6 Ot hooks with Spanish sardines on the bottom No. 16 tarred line one night there on a lark and had 450lbs of Muttons and a 55 pound Grouper that ate a Mutton, used to troll that area with wire lines catching Mutton's charter fishing thought it would be worth a try. Love watching your friends too Ryan and Adam, later.

But as your fans all ask “sure , she can do all that but …..can she boulder or surf !?”🤔🤔🤔 With huge fillets like those mutton , instead of two spatulas try a metal pizza peel . Just a thought
