Showing you how to prepare Mast-o Khiar. You can add more herbs if you like ie. tarragon, dill weed (dried or fresh), green onions or red onions etc. This is the basic recipe just to get you started. Get creative!
Mast-o Khair is best if you allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. By doing this, you get a better flavor because it allows the ingredients to marry together. :)
