Amazing information Katie, thank you so much! 🙏 ❤️ I think the importance of breathing and relaxing the body, qigong and body tapping were the missing pieces for me to fully understand how weight loss works and why some ladies, who eat very little, still do not lose weight. So much great information, I will have to re-listen again to take it all in! And I can't wait to get my gua sha, comb and body tapper in the post! 😁
