Ingredients:
2 tsp ground coffee
2 cloves
3 peas of allspice
2 tsp cocoa
50 ml (1 and 2/3 fl oz) brandy
10 ml (1/3 fl oz) lemon juice
a drop of vanilla extract
Method:
1.Add coffee, clove, cinnamon, brandy, cocoa, vanilla, lemon juice, and pepper to a cezve or coffee pot.
2.Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
3.Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
4.Strain into a serving cup through a sieve.
