Material Calculation for Concrete:
Before Calculating Material we need to know the proportion of Mix used for Concrete.i.e,Cement,Sand and Coarse Aggregate Parts. ( Add Ratio of Cement,Sand and CA =Total Parts )
To find Material for 1 Cu.m. Wet Concrete we required 1.52 to 1.54 Cu.m Dry Volume of Material.
Cement Calculate:
Density of Cement =1440kg/ cu.m.
Weight of 1 Cement Bag = 50Kg
For 1 Cu.m required Cement Bag = 1.54 x 1440 x (Cement Part/Total Parts) =Cement in Kg or Bags
Sand Calculation :
In India we buy sand in volume basis (Cft )
1cu.m. is equal to 35.32 cft
So, the required Sand for 1 Cu.m =1.54 x 35.32 x ( Sand Parts /Total Parts ) =Sand In cft
Coarse Aggregate Calculation:
C.A. also Purchased in Cft
The required CA for 1 Cu.m Wet Concrete= 1.54 x 35.32 x (C.A./Total Parts) =C.A.in cft (Which is double the Sand Qty )
Rate Analysis:
We know the Market Price of 1 Bag Cement = INR 390
Manufacturing Sand Per Cft = INR 65
Coarse Aggregate 20mm Per Cft =INR 40
Multiply the Qty with Rate you get Rate Per Cu.m
