The aim of the fitness/speed exercise is the development of fast work with the ball, the development of the speed of movement with the ball under control, its control, changing the direction of running and throwing the opponent. It is important for players to be able to accelerate immediately after changing direction, to change the direction of running. We develop game agility, coordination and agility. When passing the ball, it is important to have an accurate and targeted pass for a short distance, as well as to receive the ball and the first touch with the ball, which decides how fast the player can go.
Speed-conditioning exercises take place in a competitive form, where two or more groups of players compete with each other.
The exercise is designed for 6-16 players.
