First martial art I took was Nick Cerio's Kenpo and he had a ton of pressure point techniques at the higher levels. I was just a kid and my uncle Bill was a black belt and if we were fuckin around in public he would just just like touch our face or someshit and fuck us up lmao we would then stop fuckin around.

This was an awesome episode. I never thought that Ido Portal movement method and stoicism would be combined. You guys are making a real change to people mindsets. I wish you the best for all.

Poliquin was the best thing to happen to strength training and fitness in general. He was an absolute genius who was decades ahead of his time, haters will say he was on steroids and focus on his early death while sadly underplaying his immense contributions to the world.

Using progressions for difficult exercises is simply a way to practice . When you want to fully achieve a certain difficult goal you will have to believe in Jeesus Christ and with this belief you can achieve anything either with practice or instantly. I enjoy the processes so Ill keep practising the progressions although I know that I could do it instantly with faith.
