Yeah, the sheer lack of accountability is ASTOUNDING. Candace's attorney asks him what responsibility HE bears for not being able to see his kids, and he doesn't admit ANY. Instead, he blames the court orders for being "unfollowable" and "confusing", mentions his lack of representation, and basically makes every excuse he can to deflect blame away from himself and his actions. It's sickening.

@Barb Rowley Exactly ... In fact, he isn't (or, rather wasn't, as he is currently on vacation in the Ol' Grey Bar Hotel at least until sometime until 2022 ...) that far removed from SovCits, as they often enter copious amount of paperwork, especially if they have to attend court hearings, as such motion injunctions (not so sure about injunctions, but that's what I so heard ...) in way that each time they file, that requires a seperate court hearing. Some call it 'paper terrorism', as for the other party, instead of a relatively uncomplicated case, becomes hugely complicated, as they are dragged into court over and over. In the meanwhile the Judge hearing that matter is getting quietly frustrated with the volume of paperwork they have to sift through all documentation presented to the court, whether in good faith, or not because they are required by the US Constitution to be the unbiased hand, holding the scale, but not tipping it one way, or another. Unfortunately, that means particularly Sovereign Citizens, in often appear before the court not only as _pro se_, but also _in forma pauperis_ , meaning they are acting in their own (as in without legal counsel, and 'in the form of a poor person', meaning they can't afford the court costs or fees ...), both of which they abuse, knowingly, thus taking up even more court time, also knowingly, given the rights enumerated in the US Constitution. Fortunately, if they over play that, a court can hand down a judgment that they are (a) vexatious litigant/s, at which point they can only file notarised paperwork, which often is enough to dissuade most, but sadly not all, SovCits. I don't know how many times has delayed proceedings by finding legal council, a relatively short time prior to what is the 'legal last minute', meaning his new attorney has to scramble to enter a motion for continance (I.e, the legal equivalent of 'pausing the clock' so to give him time to actually read through all prior legal documentation), only to eventually discover what utter shit-show they're in for; so when MM, makes legal instructions, that the lawyer feels is _not_ a great legal move, the hamsters spinning in MM's head make it so it's hard for him to listen to sound legal advice, thus leading to a conflict of interests, leading to the lawyer request that he (as MM uses male lawyers all the time) may withdraw from the case on grounds that can't be explained even in a closed session, as that is still under attorney/client privilege, but it's obvious to all that MM is asking his lawyer to go down a path which said lawyer can't, nor won't, go along with. Hence why this case has been dragging on for years, as he bounces between using, then not using, an attorney ... Fact of the matter is, if he took what a prior judge said to him way earlier, far more seriously, and actually acted upon it, this could've ended a lot sooner, if he wanted to; but, however, MM didn't, but rather, instead, wanted to eat his cake, and have it, too, since he believes the hamsters are telling him not to compromise on _anything_ let alone the court, and especially this judge, says he should do ...

If these posts are supposed to show the Nevada Family Court in a bad light, corrupt and anti family - to me, this lawyer of 46 years good standing, shows the court is anything but that. The sponsor's posts only show that there are some really bad litigants who have no respect for or understanding of a court of equity. Law courts can only award damages, impose some limited injunctions, have a jury and are generally bound by precedent. An Equity court operates by a Chancellor (Judge), has extraordinary powers to determine outcomes on Fairness (bests interests of the child) order all kinds of remedies and evaluate the behavior of the parties toward the court. It has different rules than a regular court. Here, Dad comes to equity with "Unclean Hands", abuses the court, ignores orders, carries out criminal acts and fraud while piously claiming confusion and ignorance while perjuring himself. Dad is a very sick person and no court is going to let him anywhere near these children for a very long time. Submitting fraudulent documents will earn Dad some serious jail time for criminal fraud on the court. As they say in the Old Bailey, "Take him Down!"

That's exactly what it is. I'm guessing this father is in some of the same misogynistic groups as the Nevada father who murdered his wife and attempted to murder the judge for not allowing him to abuse and control his ex wife and the court system during his divorce. It's kind of a thing with narcissistic Nevada men (no disrespect to all the amazing Nevada husband's and dad's!) but we all know Nevada to be a magnet for narcopathic individuals and this channel is clearly run by them. It's hilarious, though! Because all the viewers see very plainly who's really at fault here.

Josh Powell’s murder-suicide of his two boys because he wasn’t able to have full custody after killing his wife happened about 30 minutes away from me. These men don’t need to be demonstrably physically abusive toward their children specifically in order to be a danger to them, it is 100% about control and if they have access but not control they’re far more likely to do something incredibly heinous. Sadly, this is a personality disorder and there is no medication to treat this. It requires the ability to self reflect and take accountability the one has control over one’s own actions and nobody else. The sole commonality of ALL ABUSERS is an external locus of control. The end of this video is the moment the judge decided to recess to gather evidence from the file to destroy him over his forgery: Court: "Did you write this Mr. McDonald", Mr McDonald: "I believe so Judge"... [direct examination starts to go badly where he starts to deny authorship], Court: "You just told me that you wrote it.", Mr McDonald: "I didn't say I wrote it Judge."...[makes inarticulate objection as to foundation], Court: "Counsel I'm not gonna admit it", Counsel: "Your Honor, he clearly admitted to writing the letter", Judge: "I heard him, but I'm a little bit concerned about something else, so we are gonna take a 5 minute break, and then we are gonna come back." Right there the judge decided to nail Mr McDonald's lying ass to the wall. She got sick of his ridiculous prevarication and decided to fish out the evidence of forgery she'd noticed in McDonald's filings, she probably recessed just to locate the original filing and confirm her suspicions. I doubt she'd have pulled the trigger on this if he hadn't been so dishonest in frustrating a simple direct examination over a letter everybody knows he wrote. She just got absolutely sick of his lies.

U should watch the entire series to see his behavior bc he is a great case to study due 2 levels of manipulation & control. Very interesting. When u watch his physical behavior in the earlier videos in 2015 & 2016 he would turn his chair & body towards the plaintiff exhibiting a very palpable show of dominate control he had over her. Thankfully her attorney knew it & was able to physically block his view of her by using his own body to shield her from that scary intimidating behavior. Whew!! He is a very scary individual. I Love the Judges throughout his case. Those women were able to handle him. Lol, especially Judge Hardcastle! She had zero patience for his games. Take care.

@@josephgilbert4702 Absolutely Not! I'm a very active supporter in Fathers being given as much time as they can have w/ their kids; however we are talking about Michael McDonald, who admitted 2 kidnapping by force. He handcuffed his wife, shoved her face into the floor, disabling HER car when she tried 2 leave his violent tantrums, not allowing her 2 bring THEIR newborn son back 2 the hospital after the Dr's repeatedly told them to because of a serious medical condition. As if that wasn't enough, he installed a tracker on her phone & car & would show up places where she was. This behavior increased after she left him. He has continued 2 stalk her since 2015 when their court case began. She's had Temp Protection Orders since the onset of the 1st appearance& has been extended indefinitely. He is not allowed 2 see his kids anymore bc he tried 2 kidnap them from church& daycare more than once. He broke every single rule the judge set in order 4 him 2 see his kids, remember the wife DID NOT WANT him 2 lose his ability 2 see his kids!!! Judge assigned him 2 supervised visitation until MM was able 2 show he could in fact follow ANY orders the many Judges had set "temporarily", but NO, MM couldn't follow directions2 tie his shoes much less a "temp" order that initial suspended his upcoming time w/ kids until a few days later when the parties would be back at court. Judge did that2 get MM's attention 2 follow all orders of the court. After repeatedly ignoring the orders& cont. 2 act disrespectful in court, Judge Hardcastle is the 1 who suspended all visitation indefinitely due 2 the habitual noncompliance from MM. So, don't come here&make assumptions about who& what I am, U DON'T know me. Think b4 u make assumptions & do ur RESEARCH on this case from 2015-Now plus his criminal cases NV vs MM b4 u come at any1. But part of this judge’s job is to make sure the children are safe. The judge is not for the father or the mother rather for the children. She needs to know if this father has any sense of appropriate behavior toward his children. This case has been going on for years at this point. He’s been to jail for DV and for attempting to abduct his kids. Not to mention he put his daughter through multiple sexual assault exams after it had been proven by CPS, the cops and doctors - even his doctors - that there was no sexual assault. The court has said to him - if you take your DV classes, get a mental evaluation and follow a treatment plan from the therapist then you can see your kids. Maybe not the most comfortable but not hard to understand. Instead, he doesn’t do any DV classes after jail, sees his therapist twice and refuses to get a mental health evaluation. Even with him not doing any of these things, had he taken any responsibility for his actions, the judge may have given him some visitation. But he can’t even admit and recognize that sending letters to his children that bash and blame their mother isn’t good for the children. Even in a situation where it was true, would bashing one parent help the children? Never. He doesn’t recognize it’s wrong and that’s the information the judge needed to illicit - can this guy be safe around his children?

@@shannonswanson4219 Well said ... In a fair and balanced Family Court, with a bench hearing, the jurist in charge is _only_ concerned with the welfare of the children, with, at best, joint custody, but, at worst, sole custody to one, or other, of the parent, with occasionally the father being the one awarded sole custody. Thus, Judge L. Marquis wasn't in any way acting for the mother but _rather_ the safety of the children, which, even in after she recused herself, due to a separate set of hearings in which she wanted to avoid _any_ conflict of interest, the jurist in her stead, Judge K. Hardcastle, also recognised that MM posed a clear, and present, dangerous risk to his own children, his ex--wife, and her boyfriend, now husband ... Yes, the Family Court system here in the UK, and there in the US, is _utterly_ broken, but in this, very specific case, it is not hard to determine that MM _is_ a clear a present risk, which if there is an alternative solution for him, that would be placing in a Secure Psychiatric Hospital, in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, until such time, if ever, he is safe even to be in the equivalent of General Population, as he is likely to either seriously hurt a fellow patient, or be seriously hurt by a flow patient, given his aggressive behaviours ... I usually hold out hope for most people to be redeemable ... ... but, having watching hours of just ViP videos, which he - MM - himself has posted, as well as the Our Nevada Judges channel, which provides no additional commentary, aside from what they described as having legally obtained written permission, by the sitting jurist, to film, it is clear that, as utterly tragic as it is, denying visitation until he accepts, and begins treatment (which he may not voluntarily do ...) as his children _are_ and _remain_ at risk from him, until the treatment issue has been resolved, then that denial is at it needs be ... I usually err at least on _supervised_ visitation as the very minimum that should be granted, but, as MM has shown to be unable to conduct himself in the appropriate manner, then not even that should be granted, as he is using his kids as pawns in the game of retribution. Don't quote me, but am sure that pathological narcissistic behaviours were described of him ... What they may do, once they reach the age at which Nevada State law considers to be full adult, as in also being able to drink, then they may, individually, choose where they go from there, but not until then ... ... and given both are

This guy is his own worst enemy! He's so bent on APPEARING innocent, that he inadvertently makes himself look TERRIBLE! He tells the court that he was in a courtroom with a public defender, had his case called, listened to witnesses testify against him, and stood in front of a judge while a verdict was rendered, and that he was "unaware it was a trial." So, he's basically saying, "I have no problem lying under oath and my word means nothing" OR "I'm a complete moron with no awareness of my situation or surroundings." Either way, it's a strong testament to the fact that he shouldn't be anywhere NEAR kids. (What's next? "I was unaware that a cement truck running over my child would hurt him.") Seriously, if this guy is THAT clueless (or that dishonest), would you want YOUR kids in his care?

He needs to forget about school right now, get a job, pay child support, stop lying, stop breaking PTO's, stop attempting to manipulate everyone, he'd qualify as a sane person. People who are entitled don’t do well in court. The best way to get through the legal processes is to be humble, obey all orders/rules perfectly and obsessively, keep all papers, create copies (digitally and via paper), document all conversations with names/times, and stay out of trouble/get any help needed. The state usually doesn’t want to throw people in jail needlessly and if you can show yourself willing to change, they will work with you and your attorney. The court orders are not contradictory. He just wanted to do whatever he wanted and was used to being in charge over his wife. When the courts got in charge he didn’t it. There was contact permitted through talking parents UNTIL he attacked her boyfriend and yelled at her in front of the kids at the drop off spot. Then a no contact order was put into place. The most recent order is the one that applies-A basic legal principal.
