McRib Pizza. Follow the recipe👇🏻 - For the dough, combine 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 1/4 tablespoons of instant yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 1/4 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the bowl of a stand mixer - When the dough pulls together, turn it out on a floured surface until smooth, and place it in a greased bowl and cover it for an hour - In the meantime, separate a half a rack of rib meat from the bones and chop it into smaller pieces and set it aside - For the sauce, combine 2 cups of marinara sauce with 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce - When the dough has doubled in size, sprinkle down some corn meal and all purpose flour and and then stretch it out on a pizza tray - Brush some egg wash on the perimeter of the dough and sprinkle on some sesame seeds - Add the sauce to the middle of the pizza, and then 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese - Evenly distribute the chopped rib meat and bake for 15 minutes at 500 degrees F - When the pizza comes out, slice it into wedges, add an even amount of pickles and raw onions on top
