■ Ingredients (per serving)
•80g soaked chickpeas
•Tomato puree or tomato sauce (100-150g)
•Half a handful of green beans
•0.5 spoon of curry powder (adjust to taste)
•Multi-grain rice (oat turmeric rice)
■ Recipe
1. Boil the chickpeas soaked the night before in boiling water.
2. In a large pan or pot, add tomato puree or

3. Add boiled chickpeas and green beans and boil over medium-high heat, adjusting consistency with water.
4. Add half a spoonful of curry powder and boil to desired consistency.
In a microwave-safe container
Divide 100g of mixed grain rice and tomato curry and store in the refrigerator.
Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds before eating.
