Steady and calm is the vibe of this 20 minute slow flow practice. Chi breathing, mindful twists, and poses that emphasize stabilization are all included in this short flow.
Connecting regularly to the calmness within allows you to move through daily stress and challenges with greater grace and ease.
**Please note there is no formal savasana or meditation at the end of this practice. If time permits, I recommend staying for a bit longer in either meditation or savasana!
