Love how self aware and completely blunt Shallon is when delivering a message which contains a lot of self reflection too. She has no shame in admitting darker shadow traits of her psyche that most people would keep hidden and project on to others. That's why I like her; she is genuine, openly showing her best and her worst to us. She has the courage to be vulnerable in front of strangers. It might sound corny, but she continually strives to improve and admit her deficiencies. It's interesting because Aquarians often exhibit a cold side, using humor to mask their emotions as if they weren't human. People say Capricorns are workaholics, but they haven't met an Aquarius passionate about their work, lol. I truly admire that. Deep down, they are wise, sensitive, and fragile beings, afraid of losing control over who they are and losing their identity. They deeply fear rejection and worry about not being accepted, contrary to the facade they project of seeming not to care. Aquarius is my favorite sign-complex, sometimes chaotic, but I believe they possess all the qualities needed to become wise and patient beings and serve as ambassadors for the new society we need, leaving a lasting legacy. Also I love the contradictions in her character; they're hilarious and so much fun! 🤣

Reminds me of Megan Fox vibes 😬 Being medicated has helped me turn my life around, finish my degree, hold a steady job and date someone stable while taking things at a slow pace for once. When you did your video on Sydney Sweeny. Many say she’s like Megan Fox. She openly discusses how she was treated and overtly sexualized in the industry. I would say to watch her Call Her daddy pod. It was very telling. She comes from Toxcity so I’m not surprised it manifested itself in that relationship.

I think that an unwanted feeling is a good opportunity to practice mindfulness and gratitude. For example, you can feel the feeling of impatience, but you shouldn't wish it away, just notice that it is there without judgment. then you feel within yourself and (try to) cultivate gratitude. I think being mindful of your own feelings and the things in front of you is the key to happiness!!!! xo Dani

Ugh how did I miss the socal meetup!? I'm in Temecula, I'll be there next time! 😍 I like what you said about proactive v. reactive growing up; I had to hit rock bottom with alcohol, handle escaping an abusive relationship, experiencing firsttime motherhood with my newborn daughter all at the same time, and realized I no longer had the luxury of acting like a child. My daughter saved my life like I saved hers and she and I are growing up together and I'm beyond blessed... 🙏❤️👶🏻 One last note, not super important: I'm the Shalligator with the "warmblooded" tattoo on my hip that you posted yeeeaarrrs ago on your IG 😋💋 love you Shallon!

I get artistic expression but I find it so sad that MGKs young daughter always has to hear him talk about wanting to be dead in SO MANY SONGS especially knowing about his attempted suicide. Can you imagine your parent mentioning that all the time? Shallon I know you lost your father that way maybe she has an opinion.

Especially because there never seems to be growth or evolution. The wallowing is so hard to see. Lord knows plenty of artists candidly express their suffering, but they seem to transcend or have a narrative. MGK is just drowning.

I love how you bravely evaluate yourself in public - both the good and the bad. That takes guts because many people will use your “weaknesses” against you if given the chance, or throw it in your face when you screw up later.

My man backed out of our civil wedding a few days from when it was supposed to be over some issues he was having. He made it very clear that this wasn't a break up even though I felt like I was just left at the altar. He proved that he was telling me the truth and we've since gotten married and all is well.

I’ve been to 9 Coachellas, I started going when it started in 2004 and last year I went was 2014. I’m from Phoenix and my large group of friends would meet with my LA friends and we’d create this awesome compound. I saw some of the most amazing performances over the years and met lifelong friends doing it! Probably wouldn’t go now at 37 unless I got free tix 😂🎉❤
