A delicious fruit dessert you can make at home - our Melon Gelatin recipe.
One of the fruits I love is melon. You can have these fruits by mixing them with gelatin powder - the result is still refreshing. I love that I can still eat the melon fruit, at the same time, the gelatin. This is delicious and easy to make. It is best served cold.

Ingredients:
* 1 medium-size melon
* 2 beaten egg yolks
* 3 Tbsp white sugar
* 1 cup milk
* 1 pack gelatin - unflavored, 25g
* 1-liter water
Procedure:
1. Wash the melons. Remove the seeds
2. Using a measuring spoon, scoop the flesh into balls.
3. Slice the other half of the melon. Get the flesh using a knife.
4. Put the melons in a blender. Add milk. Blend until smooth.
5. In a pot, pour water. Add the gelatin powder. Let it boil while stirring constantly.
6. When it is boiling, add sugar and stir. Turn off the heat
7. Place the melon balls in a round pan. Put foil under the pan.
8. Pour the gelatin syrup to cover half of the balls. Refrigerate and allow
to harden.
9. With the remaining gelatin syrup, add the melon mixture. Bring to a boil while stirring. Turn off the heat.
10. Remove the bubbles on top.
11. Add the beaten egg yolks and stir. Remove the bubbles again and let it cool.
12. When it is warm enough, pour into the pan with melon balls.
13. Add the remaining melon balls. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
14. Transfer to a serving plate. Best served when cold. Enjoy!
