Do you have any measurements on your neck relief and action? I've always done my own adjustments but I'm curious what others use for achieving certain sounds.
@RaffaeleSansone
2 жыл бұрын
Interesting question, but I don't. I'm not an expert with truss rod adjustments, I just aim to get the action as low as possible without excessive buzzing. On cheaper basses like this one, using slightly lighter strings was also good to have less stress on the neck, because I've found that you can't go past a certain point with the tension anyway

@RaffaeleSansone
2 жыл бұрын
It doesn't really sound like 6/8 to me. Listen how the snare always falls on the third click of the metronome, also the grouping of the notes against the cymbals doesn't really feel like triplets, rather as straight 16ths grouped in three.
@gholland05
2 жыл бұрын
@@RaffaeleSansone as a drummer I found that “finding the one” was easier for me utilizing a 6:8 throughout this song.. I even wrote it out that way and the final bar came to an end on the “six”. It made it all fall into place for me in that meter.
