I make apricot chicken at least once per month i prefer boneless chicken thighs i use apricot nectar and french onion soup mix bring that to the boil let it thicken up cool it down lightly flour salt and pepper my thigh pieces pour the liquid mix over the chicken in the oven 200 degrees C for 45 mins to an hour depends on the oven i serve it with rice and garlic bread mine may not be authentic apricot chicken but it is delicious never the less That's what i like about Justine she dose not carry on like a pork chop about this is good for you or you can't have that
