🧠Neuroplasticity is such a buzzword right now.
I want to give you an example of what it actually means, in real life, to experience what’s called negative plasticity, or when our brains rewire for the worse. This could be the initial time we experience dizziness and things get worse from there or when we experience bumps in the road or regression.
This example relates to my own experience with acute illness and how this has an impact on vestibular system decompensation, and thus, negative plasticity.
