Before you jump it check the voltage output. Lithium chargers won't charge the battery if it drops below a certain threshold. They do this because a possible cause of low voltage is an internal short, which would cause all of the charging current to turn instantly to heat, creating a battery bomb. It will literally burst into flames. If it's less than 11 or so volts jump it one or two seconds at a time, checking voltage as you go. Once you get near 12 throw it on the charger again. But in all of this keep in mind that a fire is a real possibility.

If its 2 months old just warranty it, wtf?!? You obviously have enough batteries to keep your tools going while milwaukee sends you a new one. They warranty their batteries for 5 years and their tools for 3 i believe.
