Nice project. If you want the LEDs to give a bit more light at low signal levels, then place them within the feedback loop and connect R8 to GND (or increase the gain factor of U1D, that will also overcome the threshold voltage of the LEDs).

You can put the double LED inside the opamp feedback loop so there is no light gap when the output is between +-1V. But be careful if the voltage output + LED dropout is larger than the opamp swing range, you could get phase reversal.

The links for the gerber zips and other files for the 1.1 version aren't working. I can't find the project on Github either. Did you forget to set the repo as public?

I tried to place small order of 5 assembled of these LFO's as well as the miniverb the pt2999 one , assembled as well, and it says "audit" next to those. ordered the front panel, do i have to wait for audit ??? is the centroid files in the zip files , maybe thats where im going wrong? which file do i open in kikad if i need to create a centroid file ? please help me. because i dont know which gerber file to open in kikad in order to make centroid file if its not included in the file to use for quick order. thanks

Hey! Sorry i missed your comment. They should reach out to you via email if they have clarifications. Nope, centroid files aren't in the zip. You can open the .kicad_pcb file and generate them by following this guide: www.pcbway.com/helpcenter/technical_support/Generate_Position_File_in_Kicad.html

Thanks you are a nice man. I will when i open the kicad file, also try to make a non surface mount version maybe since i have some PT2999 IC's laying around. for myself, for fun i mean. well. or to maybe make thru hole version with different settings or something idk yet. maybe itll be cool.

@@HeavyDutyModularSynths no problem at all! you can try, but you might have a hard time with the layout and the routing. that board is already pretty cramped as an SMT project. 😅 One thing you can do is use the same schematic to design a new PCB layout with a bigger panel (6 to 8HP maybe)

Hey man. you actually didnt include the kicad file on your website , or in the zip file. so i cant make a centroid file with kicad. it only has the gerber files.... maybe update your gerber files with the centroid would be best so other people can make it without having to make centroid files, or include kicad file ??? i already ordered 10 faceplates.... id hate to not be able to order the boards after paying for faceplates :(
