We've had quite a number of requests for a tour of our workspace and desk setup. So today, we'll be taking a quick look at one half (the cooler half 😎) of our home office, and the products that we rely on every single day for productivity. P.S. the topic has been covered a number of times on the Thoughtworthy channel, but if it's your first time here, then take a look at our other videos to learn more about why we choose to sit on the floor!

Nice setup, I like the fact that you don’t use a traditional chair, as they are pretty bad for your health. I myself sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair (it reduces chances of developing back problems compared to a regular chair, because your core muscles have to constantly keep you balanced). As someone who works in front of a computer for many hours a day, this is important for health and longevity. For my productivity setup, I keep two monitors, one horizontal and one vertical. I can’t recommend this setup enough, though it is very individual and I can’t predict how much it would improve someone’s productivity.

Our tables are about 33 cm tall, but it's quite subjective, and there's no one height that is best. It also depends on what you'll be sitting on and how you're gonna sit. For example, there are some postures that work flawlessly for us at 33cm, but if we sit in another posture on some other cushion, 33cm becomes too short. Good luck!
