Mix Flow Chair Yoga is a Chair yoga class that mixes in a few standing postures. This class uses the chair to assist in the standing balance postures but provides variations that are safe and accessible to most. Most of the class will be a seated practice and it even works on the transition from standing to seated. All very useful movement patters we can apply to our daily lives. A 20 minute Chair Yoga class that is suitable to mostl ages and abilities.
