#033 Teriyaki chicken with spices
※For two people
【Ingredients/amount】
Chicken thigh----1
Vegetable oil------1/2 tbsp

Sugar------------------------1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce-----------------2 tbsp
Sweet sake---------------1 tbsp
Sake--------------------------1 tbsp
Soup stock----------------2 tbsp
Chili pepper---------------1

Mizuna---------------1
Purple onion-------1/4
Green shiso--------6
Myoga-----------------2
White sesame----- 1/2 tbsp
Shichimi pepper----a little
【Cooking process】
① Prick a chicken thigh with a knife’s tip, fry it up both sides with vegetable oil in a frying pan.
②Remove some oil after frying ① up thoroughly, Add A and mix them up, turn the fire power down and cover the frying pan, steam it for about 10 min.
③Cut mizuna into 3 - 4 cm pieces, slice a purple onion, shred a green shiso. Slice myoga diagonally and soak it in water to skim the scum off and drain it.
④Put ③ in a bowl, add white sesame and shichimi pepper, and mix them together.
⑤Decorate teriyaki chicken on a plate, pour in the sauce, put ④ on top.
