This is what modern teaching says is best. I personally can’t rotate like they do but I will try to demonstrate best I can. A word of caution. My back has been tender since working on this.
My goal is to find out what’s best to do. What is straighter and longer. Is it easier this way to be consistent?
Scotty Scheffler belies the norm but he is an exception. Will he someday be the next model for a modern day swing? We shall see.
The principles I show here are similar to modern day discus throwers. They also suffer from back ailments. I’ll test best I can and make a determination.
