Nathan continues modifying the driveshaft, Bad Chad continues the floor fabrication, and Doug cuts out the rusty floor inside the 1933 / 1934 Plymouth Coupe #badchad
You have many comments regarding the angle of the driveshaft. The engine/trans height in the chassis is too high. You are going to have problems. Without a sturdy driveshaft loop, you may have catastrophic consequences that could severely injure someone (Jolene).

Any builder watching this KNOWS the extreme drive shaft angle will never work. But Chad as usual chops the top (his specialty) and starts building firewall and floor. You do the frame/chassis/drive train first

I feel bad for the driver who ever attempts to go fast with that pinion angle. Better put a saftey loop around it. That stock drive shaft will scramble your head.

Used to be an old machinist in town, he worked out of a small wooden shack behind his home. The shack was crammed full of every machine he needed, overhead was a network of shafts, pulleys, and gears. Every machine was driven by a straight six Ford outside the shack with flat belts running from the engine. He did driveshafts for me and only charged a few bucks (1974 money), he moved from one machine to another throwing levers for the belts as he went. Would've been nice to have a video camera! Thank you Mr Shauwecker!
