3 Milk Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter (150g)
Caster sugar (150g)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Eggs (2)
Warm milk (3/4 cup)
All-purpose flour (150g)
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Whipped cream (1 cup)
Caster sugar (6 tbsp)
Chopped almonds and rose petals for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the pan on high flame for 15 minutes, then reduce to medium-slow flame for 30-35 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix 150g unsalted butter and 150g caster sugar until well combined.
3. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.
4. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Gradually add 150g flour, folding gently until the mixture is smooth.
6. Add 1 tsp baking powder and fold gently.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake.
8. Remove from heat and let cool.
9. Mix 1 cup normal milk, 3/4 cup evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup condensed milk in a jug.
10. Prick the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture over it.
Whip the heavy cream (1 cup) until it doubles in volume, then add 6 tablespoons of caster sugar and beat until well combined."
11. Top with whipped cream and decorate with chopped almonds and rose petals.
12. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
