kashmiri Mounj Haak achaar or #kadamkaachar is a winter delicacy, specially enjoyed in chilly winters. we can also called kashmiri kimchi😀.This pickle is made with mild spices with loads of red chillies, if you are a spicy food lover then this recipe is treat for you.we dont need any citric acid or vineger to ferment it. Here in kashmir we use a special kind of kohlrabi which is more crispier and bigger then the usual one.so, give it a try and send me your feedbacks....
ingredients...
kohlrabi... 5 kg
Mustard seeds. 3 tbsp
Ajwain..3 tbsp
coriander seeds. 6 tbsp
zeera... 2 tbsp (optional)
Garlic... 30 or 40 cloves
Salt...according to your tast
oil... 1 cup
saffron... (optional).
