EGGS IN RAMEKIN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Stuffing
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt pepper
Eggs
oil
4 slices of ham
2 eggs
4 slices of mozzarella
salt pepper
HOW TO MAKE EGGS IN RAMEKIN:
Stuffing
Wash and dry the spinach.
Cut the onion and tomatoes into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion.
Add tomatoes and spinach.
Season with salt and pepper, mix and remove from heat.
Eggs
Grease the ramekins with olive oil.
Place slices of ham on the bottom of each.
Fill with stuffing. Crack an egg on top.
Place 2 slices of mozzarella next to the yolk.
Season with soy and pepper.
Place the ramekins in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake for 12 minutes until the egg white is set and the yolk remains runny.

CHALLAH WITH SPINACH AND EGG RECIPE (basic recipe)
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of butter
2 slices of challah
2 eggs
a solid handful of spinach
2 teaspoons of spicy mustard
2 teaspoons of maple syrup
salt pepper
HOW TO MAKE
Heat the butter in a pan.
Fry the challah slices on it.
Once browned, remove from the pan.
Add a little butter and add the eggs.
Fry covered for 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and place the eggs onto the fried challah slices.
Finally, spinach is added to the pan for a few moments, covered with a mixture of mustard and maple syrup.
Place the spinach on top of the eggs and serve immediately.

COCONUT PUDDING Z CHIA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
400 ml of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
2 handfuls of spinach
6 teaspoons of chia seeds
DECORATION
3 kiwis
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Blend coconut milk, agave syrup, and spinach together.
Pour the chia seeds into a large bowl and pour the mixture over it.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into glasses and set aside for 1-2 hours.
We serve pudding decorated with kiwi pieces.
