Recipe (6 inch Cake):
Cak Bottom:
Oreo Cookie: 135g
Brown Sugar: 45g
Butter: 80g
Cake Filling:
Whipping Cream: 200ml
Cream Cheese: 450g
Sugar: 70g
Sour Cream: 40g
Vanilla Extract: 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice: 1.5 Teaspoon
Steps:
Cake Bottom:
1. Crumble Cookies in a Zip Bag.
2. Add Crumble to a Bowl with melted Butter and Brown Sugar.
3. Mix
4. Add the Cookie Mix to the Cake form and press hard to the bottom
5. Place Cake Form in the Freezer while doing the following steps.
Filling:
6. Whip Cream into Peaks. (Make sure to keep cream cold throughout the whole process.
7. Mix Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Vanilla Extract in a Bowl.
8. Slowly fold Whipped Cream under Cream Cheese Mix.
Finish:
9. Remove Cake Form from the Freezer and add Filling. (Make sure to add carefully without Air Pockets)
10. Place the Cake in the Fridge for at least 8 to 12 hours to set.
