I’ve told her several times to never ignore court orders to allow the father to be apart of her life. She allowed her pride to get her daughter taken away and now she’s devastated. The child is staying with her father throughout the week, and she only gets weekends. Hopefully she will get the child back in her care for weekdays. I know I don't have any kids and I shouldn't be talking but I am someone's daughter and now that I'm older I can see my father anytime I want. I want to reach out to fathers worldwide and affirm that you possess legal rights, and there is the possibility for triumph in your struggles. My assertions are not baseless; they are rooted in personal experience. In a situation I encountered, a father had to seek judicial recourse, compelled to file a legal motion against someone who, consumed by bitterness, made the process excruciating. I am profoundly grateful for the foresight I had to engage in this battle promptly. As a result, I emerged successful, granted primary physical custody. This victory underscores the power of resilience and the importance of understanding and asserting one's rights.

Seriously I understand that they are no longer together but how is it the child’s fault.I know it didn’t work out with each other but why do you have to bring the child into it.if he is a good person and a good dad don’t get in the middle of your daughter relationship with her dad.

The mother is being selfish for not letting Terry see his daughter

It frustrated me how the mother refuse to let her ex-husband see his daughter. She shouldn't have done that. All children need both of their parents in their lives. They need to build a relationship with them and get to know them.
