The Scotch-Brite deburring wheel is amazing at deburring edges but I had trouble with maintaining a consistent surface finish for wider parts. I tried a hand held buffer and a bench grinder (see episode 3 of My Kurt Vise Restoration series). Neither worked that well.
So I thought, “Hey, this would be great if I could mount it on the surface grinder”. But the surface grinder needs a 1 1/4” arbor and the Scotch-Brite is only 1”. I head over to the Bridgeport to sort this out.
