Because I slouched in front of my computer, I’ve had neck disc and terrible rounded shoulders. I learned over the years that having a good posture starts from having good habits. Yoga and Pilates teacher training helped me find these gentle stretches. I share some of my favorite exercises to improve your posture and ease neck, back pain. Health is my number one priority and I hope you enjoy!
