Your videos have been so helpful. I'm planning to move to Austin in November and you've been so informative. Thank you for your honest and open advice and for not sugar coating things but also not being super negative.

Im Black and a recent Austin mover and live in SOCO myself and its definitely hills with views. Its really nice and there are many build ups coming which will make this area popular. Austin is cool and have many pros and cons but overall the city is not that bad.

Ari Truths i agree. Just like any city. You’ll have things you hate and love. Mine for Austin is the lack of diversity but other than that it’s pretty solid.

I've heard a lot about "the domain". You mentioned it being a great food scene, maybe you can give us a food tour of your favorite spots !?

Another great travel review! I really wish you could review all 50 states mostly the biggest cities in each. Maybe stay for a week or two then move.

Native black Austinite here. It's hard out here for a pimp!🤣🤣🤣 I kid! But seriously. Austin is a tough place for black folks as of late. You gotta find your people. I live in Milwood, but most black folks live on the outskirts of town because of the cost to live in Austin.

I currently go to graduate school at Howard , and plan on moving back to my state ... but CHILLE!! I’m nervous about all the white people... what is it like as a black persons in Austin ? Be honest .

Ehh it’s good and bad. I’ve gotten ugly looks and someone has even said some racist things to me. But that can happen everywhere sadly. Austin is pretty cool though. If you are comfortable with constantly being the only black person in the room.
