Nice jack - it would be perfect if it could lift the rear tires - the MoJack company told me it can not and this is the main reason i need something that can that has large tire cradles

I have used an older one of these jacks for several years on a JD zturn. I highly recommend it. I redesigned the tire safety straps to make them easier to get on and off and don't like that the storage has unattached pieces but I'll never give it up for safety and convenience.

I like the jack ,not crazy about the nylon strap pulling up the mower it seems like there’s a lot of stress on the strap when lowering and raisingI wish they would use a heavier strap .The manual says to take a quarter turn back once it’s locked to take tension off the strap. I also place a set of jack stands under the arms leaving about 1/8” space to let the jack carry the weight as it is designed to do . I like having the stands as a back up system to the jack I appreciate your videos and welcome you feedback on the nylon strap ad the jack stands.

I would say the nylon strap doesn't concern me being that it is as heavy duty as it is. But I definitely agree with using jack stands as a safety.

I came across your channel last year when researching an X 350. Been a subscriber since then and really enjoy the content! I did buy an X 350 from my local dealer in Chicagoland thanks to your channel. So props for all of your work! Speaking of my X 350, I've had a life change and no longer need it. What's the best way to sell it? It's a 2021 with the 42" deck and mulch kit, 12 hours. The dealer doesn't do consignment and won't buy it back. Although he said he had to turn 2 people away earlier in the week since he didn't have any X 350s....Thanks Brent. P.S. Also really enjoy Larry's videos. I'll never own a big Deere tractor but the content is really interesting. Thanks again.

10:37 I think in the book, or on the mower above the drive motors it says to loosen the knobs to disengage the drive before jacking up the front
@WesternEquipment

This is probably correct and thank you for pointing that out! Also, thanks for watching!
@ronwood3214

That’s correct and that’s for raising and lowering .it makes sense when you think about the stress on the drive system to leave it in a neutral position and when the lift is up engage the transmission and set the brake. I like the jack I just wish the nylon belt was heavier,seems there is so much tension on that belt. The manual also mentions to back off a quarter turn when it’s in the locked setting to release tension off the belt. I also add a set of jack stands under the lift arms just a backup safety system. I would like to get a second opinion on that one .

Hey Brent, I have a 2022 Z740R and need to remove rear tires. What is proper rear jack points/technique to raise rear wheels off the ground...thanks in advance....greg

If you can get your jack on a piece of the frame that is best, but you may have to use a block of wood and get it placed under the transaxles and then remove them after it is raised.

Hi, the lift that John Deere made the XD lift,I think it is no longer made. Do you know of a place where I can find and buy the XD lift? I would like to have that kind and it would match my X590. Thank you.
