Great review thanks very much, the company background and explanation of 29er is really helpful. Watches are often about compromise or spend a heap of money which is a different compromise. I enjoy design, innovation, minamilism and have a nautical background . . . so this watch looks perfect !

I really like this brand..but there are few ADs in the UK that stock them....so my admiration is based in photos ! Can you get your hands on the , Seebatalion ? That's one I might buy the next time I'm in Madrid.

Just shows how good a watch you can get for a decent price when you don't spend a fortune on advertising and celebrity endorsement etc.

Great review. Thank you. I’m sorry to see that it’s a 42mm case went it didn’t have to be. I wish it were a 40 or even a 38. Seems to be a lot of empty space in that case.

As a bigger guy that enjoys bigger watches I love it at 42 - but I understand others might like it smaller. Personally I like the wide open spaces on the dial.

Nighttime readability seems like a potential problem with this dial/handset...

That's what phones are for. That watch would just look daft with lum.

true pitch black night? yeah - vis isnt great. but low light theatre/city street etc - its actually fine. Super high polish is more effective in those cases than lume (esp as lume loses its juice whereas high polish is always high polish).
