I get up everyday before 7am and have an easy to follow routine that will get you on the right track for the rest of your day and maybe even a fitter life ahead!
I share another of my breakfast favourites, my vitamin regime, and a home workout circuit you can do with just a set of dumbbells and a jump rope. If you don't have a skipping rope - fake it!!! Jump as if you have one, but make it an Academy Award performance!
Notes:
-I always do my morning workouts fasted.
-I mix the collagen in the last 1/4 cup of my tea - it tastes pleasant and mixes easily.
