Walk, walk, walk, walk - why does everyone talk about it? Why are people obsessed with it? Why does it continue to be the most prescribed form of exercise around the globe? Because it WORKS! If you don’t walk, you haven’t tapped into the single most important thing that can change your body, your mind, and your life. Sound over the top? At one time I thought so to, and yet now I’m the biggest pusher of all time!
I have exercised my entire adult life but didn’t start walking until my husband bought me the first generation FitBit over 10 years ago. I wasn’t looking to add more exercise but loved the challenge of 10k steps a day. I didn’t expect what would happen next - I got hooked!
I want you to get hooked - for your body, for your mind, for YOU! I’m 60 and look forward to my walk every single day. No matter your age or fitness level, try adding walking to your day and tell me about it in the comments.
